In the days of globalisation, quality became the strategic objective of companies in their struggle to improve the competitive potential, and when quality was perceived as client’s satisfaction, it made the road to success for many companies.
From the very beginning of the Company’s existence, the Management of ICSO ChP has placed special emphasis on quality management in the Company and on implementation of the quality system capable of assuring improvements in the quality of our products.
ICSO ChP Ltd. obtained its first certificate of conformity with the requirements of ISO 9002 for its quality system in 1997 from BVQI. Then, in 2000, our quality system was re-certified, and a new certificate of conformity with ISO 9001:2000 was obtained in 2003. Since 2009 our quality system fulfills requirements of update ISO 9001:2008.
The presently held certificate for the quality system covers: production and sales of chemical products for various branches of the industry as well as processing-manufacturing services provided for our clients.
After many years of having the quality system functionally implemented in our Company we can say that the Quality Management System, when efficiently operated and subject to continuous improvements, will give the feeling of control and responsibility for the quality issues both to the management and to the whole staff. At the same time, we also win the confidence of our clients that our product(s) and/or service(s) will meet the established quality requirements.
